1-Year Replacement Warranty

Every Tawaana tawa, hot plate, fry pan and karahi is covered by a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery.

What's covered

  • The non-stick coating peeling, flaking or blistering under normal home use
  • Cracks or breaks in the iron body or handles
  • Warping of the cooking surface
  • Any manufacturing defect present on arrival

What's not covered

  • Damage from dropping, impact or misuse
  • Deep scratches from metal knives or steel wool
  • Commercial or restaurant use
  • Normal cosmetic wear on the outside of the pan

How to claim

  1. Send us your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
  2. We'll confirm your claim within 48 hours.
  3. We'll send a brand-new replacement piece free of charge. No repair, no runaround.
